To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for products purchased directly from The Pet Outlet Shop or for our fulfillment of your purchase.

This retains the substance of your existing Shopify section while removing the internal “[NOTE TO MERCHANT]” instruction that appeared in your original Terms.

This replaces the more absolute Florida jurisdiction provision in your current Terms.
